Support

Our dedicated and experienced System Team are available to provide assistance with any MIS related queries, with the ability to remote onto your school PC and talk you through the step by step process required to complete a task.

Assistance with regular routinely processes e.g. completing the termly DfE statutory School Census, importing/exporting CTFs, updating pupil premium information, obtaining attendance data required by OFSTED.

Training/Consultancy

Members of the Systems Team are available to visit schools to discuss bespoke requirements, if necessary, e.g. implementing electronic registration, creating bespoke reports, making the most of the processes available within SIMS to monitor attendance and effectively report to SLT/Governors.
We are always available to assist new/existing users to become familiar with the processes involved in maintaining your MIS.

We pride ourselves in being able to respond quickly and efficiently to effectively resolve any queries raised.
Extensive training materials including training manuals with step by step instructions, quick reference sheets and videos are accessible via the Learning Hub.

Service

Provide maintenance and technical support of MIS and FMS systems for nursery, primary, secondary, and special schools, PRU and academy settings, including carrying out termly upgrades and applying patches when required.

A unique service offered by Bolton SICT Systems Team is the completion of the End of Year procedures to ensure smooth transition of the pupils and staff from the current to the next academic years.
