Support
Our dedicated and experienced Systems Team are available to provide assistance with any Bromcom MIS-related queries, with the ability to talk you through processes step-by-step on the phone, by email or during a remote session.
The Systems Team are here to help you with your termly School Census, the Workforce Census, End of Year Procedures, Stage Assessments and Reporting, as well as the day-to-day use of Bromcom.
Training/Consultancy
Members of the Systems Team are available to visit schools to discuss bespoke requirements, if necessary (e.g. creating bespoke reports), to make the most of the features offered by Bromcom to monitor attendance and effectively report to SLT/Governors.
We are always available to assist new users of Bromcom, to help them become familiar with the nuances involved in maintaining a cloud-based MIS system.
Service
We pride ourselves on being able to respond quickly and efficiently to any queries raised.
We offer extensive training manuals, regular face-to-face training sessions and Microsoft Teams drop-ins to compliment and reinforce the learning provided by Bromcom on their Teachable website.
