Computing Enrichment Days
Schools are able to bring a class of up to 30 pupils (from Year 1 to Year 6) to our Bolton SICT Training Centre. These sessions are designed to enhance the computing curriculum and will include lots of opportunities to learn new computing skills and plenty of hands-on collaborative learning. Enrichment days run from 9.30 to 2.30pm.
CPD & Online Learning Hub
The All-in-One CPD package includes access to the online CPD area of the Learning Hub. The Learning Hub and all its content can be accessed by your entire staff, whenever they feel they need support. The training modules on offer support all four strands of our computing toolkit along with training videos for STEM boxes and past webinars.
Staff will also, as part of the All-in-One CPD package, be able to access all our face-to-face CPD courses held at our Smithills training centre.
After School Clubs
Our after-school clubs are a great way to raise computing skills whilst engaging the pupils in new and exciting projects. The clubs run for an hour and offer a fantastic addition to your enrichment provision and the school’s wrap-around care.
